Compulsory registration for sports agents, regulations

The Royal Decreet of 29 March 2019 (Belgian Official Gazette, 25 April 2019) on the introduction of compulsory registration for sports agents entered into force on 11 June 2019. From that moment on, agents active in the Flemish Region who represent paid (now or in the future) athletes as employment mediators must register with the Government of Flanders.
